- We aim to reply within two business days. Detailed security or compliance questions can take a little longer, but we'll acknowledge them first.
- Can you recover a file I already cleaned?
- No. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is ever uploaded, so we never hold a copy of your originals. Keep a backup before cleaning if you might need the metadata later.
- A tool isn't working for my file — what should I include?
- Tell us the file type, the browser and version you're using, and what you expected to happen. Please don't send the file itself — a description is enough for us to reproduce most issues.
- Do you take feature requests?
- Yes. New formats and tools mostly come from what people ask for, so if something's missing, let us know.
